 Can I shower before or after my spa treatment?
Yes. But we do ask that you notify our reservation desk at the time of booking your treatment due to our limited shower facilities.
Where do I put my belongings?
We are happy to provide you with a locker. However, we do recommend that you leave all valuables at home. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
What if I have special healthcare issues?
You can feel comfortable explaining any special health concern with us and we ask that you do. If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, it may be best to avoid body wraps or treatments that involve heat. If you are allergic to iodine, avoid marine products such as seaweed wraps. If you are pregnant, please let us know, we can make special arrangements for you and your baby.
